Dr. Ruger is Co-director of the Yale/world Health Organisation (WHO) Collaborating Snap for Health Promotion, Order and Query and an Interdisciplinary Inquiry Methods Effect Tec for the Centerfield for Interdisciplinary Interrogation on AIDS. She has fashioned sundry abstractionist and empirical studies on the fairness and efficiency of health organisation access, financing, resourcefulness allocation, advance reform and the social determinants of health. These contributions are unified by an overarching interestingness in fairness and disparities in health and health care, direction on vulnerable and impoverished populations, singularly those with addictions.
